These are my favourite chocolate chip cookies.  I have tried dozens of recipes but these always come out on top for me.  They are the perfect texture, have the right amount of chips and are just as good from a tupperware dish 2 days after I baked them as they are fresh from the oven.  For me this is really important!  I like my cookies to retain a bit of chewiness and not end up too hard...
